Responsible for TWNC’s financial and administrative functions, Jen plays a crucial role in the company’s ongoing success. She manages all of TWNC’s back-end activities, including accounting, payroll and human resources, and her superb organizational skills keep the corporate ship sailing smoothly. She also provides market and financial insights that drive business value and help the company make informed business decisions.

In many ways, Jen is the heart and soul of TWNC. With her warm, outgoing personality and deep commitment to customer service, Jen builds relationships that last. Intrigued by new ideas, Jen has a genuine interest in other people’s life journeys and actively pursues her own personal development. She is equally committed to improving the world around her and volunteers regularly in the community. Outside of office hours, Jen enjoys a healthy lifestyle that includes regular fitness activities, nature hikes with her family and vacations at the cottage. She is also an avid reader and secretly dreams of being an author herself one day.
